Thai Airways flies between Bangkok and Trang daily ( two times on Fri, Sat and Sundays; and one time on the other days ). The sleeper train from Bangkok takes about 14.5 Hrs to reach Trang. There are both air-con and non-aircon buses running between many cities/towns and Trang.
