Requesting a trip
All enquiry's are warmly welcome. Please request for a trip and pricing using the enquiry form provided in the "Contact us page" or just drop an email to us. In some cases we may need 4 or more people in one group so that we could provide our service that is economical for you. Anyway you can always ask any information.

You can expect our reply within two working days for your enquiry. We can also suggest you an alternative travel itinerary with pricing if necessary.

Booking a trip
After you have received our trip details with pricing, you can book the trip two to eight weeks ahead. If you are requesting for a stay in a national park's bungalow, you should book at least three to four weeks ahead so that we get enough time to arrange with the Royal Forestry Department. Booking is to be done via email.

Payment
Once we have arranged the things for your trip, advance payment of 30 to 50% (depending on the travel situation) of total trip cost shall be made to our bank account at least two weeks ahead by T/T. Bank transfer charges are to be paid by yourself. The remaining payment shall be made in Bangkok in cash. If you have no time to transfer the advancement payment by bank you may be able to pay 100% in Bangkok. Please email us for more details about 100% payment in Bangkok.

Liabilities
Trek Thailand acts as intermediaries between the concerned transport companies, hotels and guesthouses, local tourist offices and our clients.

Therefore Trek Thailand and its people are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the clients, including those occurring outside the trip program. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be born by the clients.

Participation in our trips implies the clients' agreement to the above conditions. Trek Thailand and KSS Wise Ltd., Part. reserve the right to make changes in the terms and conditions at any time without a prior notice.

Refund
After the commencement of the trip, there will be no refund in full or in part for the service(s) included in the trip but not utilized by the clients.
