Trek Thailand Photo Album

This is another photo of Thailand - Myanmar border taken from a hilltop in Mae Sai. Chiang Rai province of Thailand has many beautiful mounatins where various hilltribe people live. It is a good place for trekking from village to village, rafting and boating along the rivers, elephant riding, cross border travel to Myanmar and Laos, etc.

Across the border inside Shan state of Myanmar, there are places which are still not yet discovered. However tourism also bring lot of damages ( culturally, environmentally and and ) which can seldom be reversed. Therefore proper education and careful development supported and managed by the cooperation of local people are urgently necesary.
